Working directly to tackle your workload. If third parties are required - we will only recommend a business connection to you that you've approved and that aligns to your particular need or service requirement. All organisations of activateHOPE bring their own insurances and professional ethical and legal practices.
Under short term engagements - We provide advisory services to organisations (public, private and not-for-profit) specialising in administrative, strategic or operational management analysis, or working to future proof and plan around challenges
or opportunities development.
Terms & Conditions
Plans are designed to align with your individual needs - either short or term long. Concierge Single gives you full flexibility around when you wish to use the hours, without any commitments. Concierge Bulk provides surety of individual hours at a discounted rate. Concierge Annual allows for 1/. Tailored packages designed to the level of support or assistance you need - requirements and budget discussed at consultation. 2/. Consultancy / Case or Project Management support
- We respectfully request payment at the time of service rendered or plans purchased.
- Costs of purchased items are not included.
- Costs for third party services are not included.
- Rates are billed in 30-minute increments.
- Additional and/or changes to plans required after the initial consultation and agreement may incur additional charges.
- Availability of service will be assessed after receipt of your request. We typically ask that 48 hours notice is provided for all services - last-minute needs will be considered but may not be achievable.
